You could say I’m a very specific kind of life guide. I’ve always loved exploring, mapless through the narrow paths in dense forests. But it takes time and tons of effort to explore, often times which we don't have. Sometimes the teachings can be brutal. Now, I’ve got the map to that alchemical transformation that comes when you get quiet, and you get intentional, you get CLEAR. Like full body chills clear with a very specific knowing of Wholeness.That deeply loving and nourishing feeling. I work with women who’ve dedicated a great deal of effort to finding that peace and clarity…yet it remained elusive.Whether it’s in their careers, their finances, the quality of their relationships, their nervous systems or their sense of purpose, there’s one thing most of my clients have in common:

They are really good at solving everyone else's problems, have most of their *** together but can’t find that peace, calm and overriding sense of contentment.

I help dismantle this assumption in deep personal ways, foster the emergence of personal compassion and connect them to their “still, small voice."

I am a certified Immersive Coach and a Somatic Reclamation practitioner, but it’s my lived experience of going from striving and floundering to thriving that created the friction and desire for deep transformational growth. It is a journey, but we have a map- it will always bring you home.
